Michael Cangemi speaks on “The `Killer President of Guatemala’: Reconsidering Ambassador Frank Ortiz,” part of the Brainpower & Brownbags Lecture Series. Cangemi is a doctoral student at New York’s Binghamton University, studying diplomatic history and U.S. foreign relations with Latin America.
