Fort Selden also hosts a series of four classes for children this summer. Registration is required at least one week ahead for Fort Selden’s Summer Kid’s classes. Snacks are provided. $5 cash or check only. All activities are outside. All classes are sponsored by The Museum of NM Foundation.
For Immediate Release: May 4, 2018 (Radium Springs, New Mexico) – Fort Selden Historic Site, in southern New Mexico, is getting ready for summer, setting aside a special day to honor fathers, and announcing a series of summer classes for children.
On Saturday, June 16, the Fort hosts a family fun day in honor of Fathers which includes a continental breakfast served outside by the fire from 9 – 11 a.m. along with games and activities for the whole family until 1 p.m.
Admission: $5 for adults. Children 16 and under are free. Cash or check only. Sponsored by the Museum of NM Foundation
