Inspired By Nature: Jewelry Re-Boot
New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science

Are you looking to give your old, worn out jewelry new life?  Then make sure you join us as we kick off our newest exhibit that celebrates repurposing! Join the New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science in Albuquerque on January 15th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm for this fun workshop. "Sayaka Ganz- Reclaimed Creations" (Produced by David J Wagner LLC) brings new life to discarded plastic and celebrates the natural world with sculptures of animals in motion.  This exhibit celebrates repurposing items and extending the life of everyday objects.

January’s Inspired by Nature seeks to reimagine objects such as puzzle pieces, game pieces, buttons, and bottle caps.  Learn how to rework these every day items into pendant, pins, and bracelets. Participants are welcome to bring their own items to use but it is not required.

21+ only (bring your I.D.) All tickets include a voucher for one free drink and additional drinks can be purchased at the cash bar. A portion of every ticket sale will go to help support the special exhibit ’Reclaimed Creations’ programming.

Price: $30 nonmember; $25 museum member
