"I have always been told I am a good artist by my friends and family. Every napkin, coloring book, or school test papers had room for me to practice my drawings on. I used to draw on every blank canvas I could find. Even as a child, I was fascinated by the way images, shapes, and bold lines were made, and I would do my best to emulate them with a pencil or pen. My last name, Naranjo, is a very recognizable name in the art world. Creating pottery is a family tradition."
