10 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Museum Hill Partners Camino Lejo, Museum Hill Santa Fe Community Appreciation Day Museum Hill Partners – which include, Museum of Spanish Colonial Art, Museum of Indian Arts & Culture, Museum of International Folk Art, Wheelwright Museum of The American Indian, Santa Fe Botanical Garden open up all facilities to the public, free admission.  Schedule of events. 10 a.m.– 5 p.m. Native Treasures Collectors’ Sale of Native American jewelry & art at Laboratory of Anthropology next to MIAC.  Admission free.  10 a.m.– 4 p.m. - Gerardo’s Andale Food Truck Wheelwright Museum 10 a.m.– 4 p.m. - Horno Baking (includes flat breads, cookies, and s’mores); Herbal Iced Tea Sampling made from herbs grown in our own agricultural terrace; Weaving and Fiber Spinning Demo; Docent Tours: Take a tour through the garden with a Botanical Garden Trained Tour Guide. Ask questions and learn how to incorporate the Botanical Garden landscape into your own backyard. Santa Fe Botanical Garden                 10 a.m.- Sky City Buffalo Elk Dance Group, Acoma Pueblo, on the plaza, Wheelwright Museum 10 a.m.– Noon- Tin Workshop. Make your own tin ornament. A brief introduction to working with tin, Museum of Spanish Colonial Art  10 a.m.– 1 p.m. Museum of Spanish Colonial Art Matanza (Pig Roast). A traditional annual social ritual that celebrated the harvest of meat and the bonds of immediate and extended families. Museum of Spanish Colonial Art - Spanish Colonial Arts Society 11 a.m.- Children’s Crafts Session, lower level lobby, Wheelwright Museum Noon-Sky City Buffalo Elk Dance Group, Acoma Pueblo, on the Plaza, Wheelwright Museum Noon– 4 p.m. – Community Bead Exchange, Museum of International Folk Art - Have fun going thru your collection and price the beads you want to exchange. Trade with others. 1–2 p.m. Marie Romero Cash, author and a Master of Lifetime Achievement in the Spanish Market will read from several of her books about the art and culture of the Southwest, including excerpts from her Jemimah Hodge Mystery Series.
