Brain: The Inside Story

New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science

The sculpture of the subcortical brain, 35 times larger than life and made of opaque resin, is linked by glowing wires to other exhibits in the room to highlight the connective wiring between the inner and outer regions of the brain that enable functions such as language, memory, and decision making.
