Uniform Design of the “Hussars of Texas in Action of War,” by Ramón Murillo, August 26, 1804
Until the Reglamento of 1772, there was no standard uniform for soldiers and they could dress as they chose. This drawing depicts the standard uniform described in the Reglamento.
