Modern technology monitors the seizures of epileptics, and brain-computer interfaces are being developed to help paralyzed people control computerized devices and possibly even move again. A video follows cutting-edge neuroscience research at the State University of New York in Albany on the use of neural implants for paralyzed individuals.
