Part Two: Sunday Demonstrations - 10:00 a.m. to Noon An informal opportunity to observe and talk with master painters as they create a plein air interpretation of the museum’s central patio.

DON FINKELDEI Don has lived in Santa Fe, NM since 1982. As a landscape painter, Don has strived to attain beauty and simplicity in his art by careful study and direct plein-air painting. Youll find that most of his landscapes capture not only the  "image" but also the mood and atmosphere experienced at the time of his painting sessions. Dons website www.finkeldeistudio.com

MELL FELTMAN Mell has been a watercolorist and oil painter for 39 years, and  teaches watercolor classes at Valdes Art Store. She is a Signature Member of Rocky Mountain National Society, New Mexico Watercolor Society, Southwestern Watercolor Society, and Plein Air Painters of NM. She has won many watercolor awards over the years and her work can currently be seen at  Johnsons Gallery in Madrid, NM.

LEE ROMMEL Lee has taught art classes and workshops  in Santa Fe and the Southwest for the past 37 years, and is a member of Oil Painters of America and Plein Air Painters of New Mexico. She has a passion for teaching and  emphasizes color and design in her classes taught at Valdes Art Store. She has exhibited and won many awards in juried and invitational shows over the years and her paintings are in numerous collections through out the U.S. and abroad.
