2019 Lectures & Curator’s Coffee Series: “The Brain: It’s More Than You Think”
Using hand-recognition technology, this interactive exhibit helps visitors understand how neurons communicate with each other at high speeds using thin spindly branches called dendrites that constantly change shape and sprout new shoots.
