Art and incarceration: New National Hispanic Cultural Center exhibition celebrates paņo arte beginning on Oct. 6
Paño Arte by an unidentified artist from Rudy Padilla’s collection. This and other pieces from the collection will be on view at the National Hispanic Cultural Center beginning Oct. 6, 2023.
