Coroando Historic Site, in partnership with the Friends of Coronado Historic Site, will release their new Junior Ranger program. The free activity book is for learners of all ages and explores Pueblo Culture, Spanish Culture, conflict, archaeology, and water. Participants receive a limited-edition patch depicting Coronado’s arrival to Kuaua Pueblo. The event will also feature educational booths relating to the nature and culture of the area such as live birds and flintknappers. Admission is $5 per adult, and children are free.
